Hey guys,

I'm sending this informal email to try to find some skilled rails
developers that are interested in working for a very new startup.
Currently, I am the only developer and everything is moving way too
fast for me to keep up. I'm hoping to get one or two more developers
so that the load can be spread around and have it all be bearable.

The company in question has developed a killer product and the plan to
grow is one of the soundest plans I have come across. I obviously
can't reveal much on this mailing list, but I will say that I have
been pitched quite a number of different ideas, and this is the one I
really believed in. I can also say that we have already got a lot done
and are at the start of the ramp-up stage. I expect that I'll be able
to start hiring within 3-4 months, but I just can't wait that long to
get help.

I'm sure everybody here continually gets requests to join startups in
exchange for stock; I know that I have. But, I believe that this
company definitely has what it takes to become the next big thing. In
fact, we expect to start generating some serious revenue in the next
30 to 45 days. However, the R&D department is currently the bottleneck
and I need to bring on some help. The only thing I can immediately
offer in exchange will be stock.

This is what I am proposing. If you are a killer rails hacker and are
looking for a sweet opportunity, let's meet at a coffee shop, have
some coffee (on me), and give me an opportunity to convince you how
amazing this company is and make you want to come on board at these
early stages.

So, if you are interested, email me at this address and let's talk
some more about this.

Regards,
Carl Lerche
